VIRGIN RESPONSIBILITY INTEGRITY
If a girl has sex with a man, she should make sure she marries him, or determine to live single and bear the consequences even of having a child. However, today in America, it would be more wise to marry first before having sex. That way, even if the man decides to skip town, he will still be financially responsible for the child. In the Old Testament times, if the father gave his virgin daughter to a man for a wife, the man was not allowed to divorce her ever (Ex. 22:16, Dt. 22:13-21, 28, 29). This virgin integrity principle has held through the first law era, the second law era, and the fulfillment of the law era. The Lord Jesus Christ only allowed divorce for a defiled woman.
