Tranliteration:

ga'r(d)e'sah naf'shee le'ta'a'vah, el-mishpa'teyha ve'hol-ayt

Note: Sephardim enunciate a “d” sound sometimes after resh, as you may notice in the word for “breaks”--gar(d)esah. Some Spanish speaking people enunciate a “d” sound also after the “r”. Also, some modern greek speakers pronounce a rho following with a “d” sound.

Translation:

My soul breaks for longing unto your judgments at all time (constantly).
