Rom. 1:16 "For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek."
When the author mentioned "Jew first" he did not intend the meaning to include the "alternative-Jew first". Since the deportees of Ezra were not considered part of the congregation of Israel, it may be inferred mongrels and children of miscegenation were not accepted as Jews during the time of apostle Paul and the new covenant. However, due to modern-Talmud heresy and false indoctrination among many unlearned so-called "Christian" churches, some seem to give undue preference to people who inaccurately or deceptively call themselves Jews. Understanding patrilineal, Semitic racial homogeneity Why mongrelization will not prevail How can a counterfeiter Jew repent?
