A Presentation
Diet Solution Theory And Faith In God

I suffered from diabetes for over ten years. I expected God to take it away and He did. One thing I learned was to eat food that worked for my health, not against it! Since many doctors have great knowledge on diet, counting carbs, fiber content and nutrition but generally don't really have very good biblical, medical morals and ethics, I would rather stay away from them. (Personal, religious values must be recognized by a doctor of a patient or else the religious patient will be discouraged if not insulted.) However, I did see several doctors over a period of years and I am grateful for particular ones for their friendliness and scientific advice.

Nevertheless, I did have to reprove some doctors about taking drugs to cure diabetes. When any one of them started talking about drugs instead of natural foods, I knew he was not the type of doctor I was looking for. Many people in the medical profession are not free thinkers or Christians; they are taught and promoted by the politically correct. So, you must be the one to make an intelligent and faithful decision!

When trying to find an acceptable doctor, not only keeping away from drugs is important, physical respect must be maintained.

The main point I want to emphasize is I think it is really important for a married couple to be concerned about their marital honor and not be touched by a stranger (doctor). So, my suggestion is to put your faith in God and preserve your privacy and your marriage! No decent man wants his mate touched in her private parts by any one else. A woman should be mutually concerned about her husband.

Maybe a good nutritionist can help you learn the fiber-sugar rule (pinto or kidney beans mixed with tomatoes worked great for me) so you can provide nutrition for yourself--they say if you give your body what it needs, it can heal itself. I can gladly say I saved a lot of money by not buying insurance and spending part of my savings on eating good food and trusting God for my health.

Now for the food. All this for around five dollars or maybe even less/per June 2010.

I would like to show you a simple meal consisting of two salads, one vegetable and the other fruit.

VEGETABLE:

1 chunk of broccoli

1 chunk of cauliflower

Romaine lettuce

Six or so of the little tomatoes

A slice of pepper or two and a slice of onion just for more taste

A little vinegar

Some radish for beauty, and it tastes good with the vinegar

FRUIT:

3 chunks of watermelon

1 chunk of canalope

1 chunk of honeydew

1 strawberry (not shown)

BONUS (UPDATE)

Here's a great and healthy dessert: Yogart banana split idea.

THINGS I GENERALLY QUIT EATING AND DRINKING:

Soft drinks, chicken skin, fried foods, especially potato chips, white bread and rolls

Beware of high fructose syrup and GM ingredients in other breads

(I admit I've been more lenient on myself since I recovered from Diabetes.)

AFTER MEAL THERAPY

Relaxation example (You can replace a negative habit such as going straight to work after you eat with a positive one. That is how we grow, replacing worse things with better things. After a while, it starts adding up!)

EXERCISE: 10 MINUTE WALK
