I hope this brief, sound course has helped, at least concerning hearing, and saying the Biblical text out loud. Hopefully, there will be more additions by myself and others. As you study the Old Testament in Hebrew, you can practice your speech in modern Hebrew style as you read. It will help you remember words if you say them also. If you think you need more help to study Hebrew on your own, don't give up. Get this set of two books and text of Esther (it was included in my set) if you don't already have them. You can do with out the Esther text if you already have the text we used for this course. ISBN
0-8028-2381-5 You do not need to go to a seminary to learn the language. LaSor was a great teacher and very thorough. I can't think of a better way to learn the grammatical scope for a beginner. The Internet is also a great aid. |
