I Corinthians 7

⁴ The wife hath not power of her own body, but the husband: and likewise also the husband hath not power of his own body, but the wife.¹

Opposite gender has attraction power. A man can not rightfully refuse his woman sex and a woman can not refuse her husband. There is an exception of mutual consent (v.5).
