And it shall come to pass afterward, that I will pour out my spirit upon all flesh; and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, your old men shall dream dreams, your young men shall see visions: (Joel 2:28 28 KJV; see Acts 2:16, 17)

Believing peoples from all over the world (all flesh: al kol basar) will come to God and partake in ministry, prophecy, dreams and visions. They will follow the faith and path of the firstfruits, the believing Hebrews of the first century even until the coming of the Lord.
