Rape or Consensual Sex and the Home-breaking Question |
|||||||||||||||
Women should help guard other women from being alone with men.

Murder charges bring a killer offense to court. There should be sexual charges that bring a sexual offender who destroys a person's home to court also. Male genital penetration of the vagina from another besides a legitimate husband constitutes defilement and fornication, a justifiable reason for divorce. Abusive female penetration activity could be considered defilement also. There is no justification for home-breaking assaults. My personal opinion is that law should be legislated to legally protect a man who commits an act of vengeance due to proven sexual defilement and destruction of his home. In a case of such vengeance $1 bail should be sufficient with the determination of the court pertaining to the sexual offender's would-be sentence deducted from the charge against the avenger. For instance, in a alleged rape with valid evidence, if the rapist's sentence would have been equivalent to life imprisonment, if the avenger of the rapist is charged for killing him (and preventing a trial), the rapist's determined would-have-been sentence should be deducted from the avenger's sentence. If the avenger gets a 20-year sentence and the deduction is subtracted (20-life), since the deduction would be more than the avenger sentence, he would be set free. The same with consensual sex. Adultery and murder both earned Old Testament death penalties. Without political backing of sexual morality, sex offenders get away with too much. Murder should not be heard of among Christians, but sexual offenders should not get off free (without paying legal injury damages and serving criminal charges) either! Our federal politics and state legislation has gotten so bad that instead of legal authorities preventing and penalizing for sexual abuse, they promote it through their own misconduct. 9:22 the speaker says the church authorities would not allow him
to be alone with women. Well, that is good advice. However, no
man, including top officials, except a woman's husband should be
alone with a woman. Pastoral crime could be prevented by the
simple acknowledgment of yichud (prohibition of seclusion of a man
and a woman). See the links below. Also, porn addiction is
one thing but overreaching boundaries is another. Men without porn
addiction may be tempted under unwarranted conditions and
circumstances. Link: Shidduch. See also his wife's testimony.
