CHRISTIAN ETHICS AND THOUGHTS: GIVING CHILD-BIRTH SEXUAL PURITY MUST BE PRESERVED IN GIVING BIRTH A woman giving birth must be aided by midwives (or female medical personnel), not men (physicians). We Christians today depend so much on the medical field for help, but we lack the ability to establish our own medical facilities under the supervision of Christian moral and ethics. Pure cognizance factor (male or female) is not only an important element of purity for a woman as to the eligibility of marriage, but a pure cognizance and state of chastity must also be maintained and preserved even during medical incidents. The main point I want to emphasize is I think it is really important for a married couple to be concerned about their marital honor and not be touched by what might be considered biblically an unacceptable doctor. So, my suggestion is to put your faith in God and preserve your privacy and your marriage! No decent man wants his mate touched in her private parts by another man or a perverted woman (bull-dike or lesbian). A woman should be mutually concerned about her husband. MIDWIFE LABOR AID Our Old Testament examples, such as Jacob and Rachel, and others, used midwives for birth delivery. Of course, they were progenitors of a racially and culturally homogeneous community and were not repressed through a mixed and diverse state of phenotype and culture as we are in modern USA. People in their time were more used to living without the technology and luxuries we have today. They were not under state medical provisions, but under first era law. However, purity and its preservation was a moral and ethic to be implemented in ancient Hebrew time, and must be preserved by Christians today. BIRTH EVEN UNTIL DEATH (CHILD PRECEDENCE) Abortion or child assassination must by all means be prevented. "Thou shalt not kill." (Ex. 20:13) The rationale of men should never attempt to disannul God's commandments. "The Lord gave, and the Lord hath taken away." (Job 1:21) When Rachel bore Benjamin to Jacob she died. This was a sad occurrence; but nevertheless, good came from it--Benjamin lived! The "taking away" needs to be left up to God: not to mortals. 1 Ti. 2:8 I will therefore that men pray every where, lifting up holy hands, without wrath and doubting. 9 In like manner also, that women adorn themselves in modest apparel, with shamefacedness and sobriety; not with broided hair, or gold, or pearls, or costly array; 10 But (which becometh women professing godliness) with good works. 11 Let the woman learn in silence with all subjection. 12 But I suffer not a woman to teach, nor to usurp authority over the man, but to be in silence. 13 For Adam was first formed, then Eve. 14 And Adam was not deceived, but the woman being deceived was in the transgression. 15 Notwithstanding she shall be saved in childbearing, if they continue in faith and charity and holiness with sobriety.
