WHY A CHASTE WIDOW CAN NOT REMARRY
Let me explain. Remarriage is another name for adultery. It is a technical term.
A chaste widow is no longer married, so it would be impossible for her to remarry when she is not married in the first place. "So then if, while her husband liveth, she be married to another man, she shall be called an adulteress: but if her husband be dead, she is free from that law; so that she is no adulteress, though she be married to another man" (Rom. 7:3).

A defiled woman cannot be restored to a former husband because of uncleanness (Dt. 24:4) regardless of the cause. Keep marriage pure in love and prevent adultery or uncleanness. It is actually a community obligation; we must not defile the land if we expect God to bless it!
Basic principles are discussed in the sanderson1611 expose. Although husband former promiscuity may be horrible, if it was not with a virgin female the male is not obligated as a husband to any of the fornication victims. Read my sermon ILLUSION.
Hypothesis: I cannot attest to Judy's actual circumstances because she did not go into detail concerning female virginity and the law (Dt. 22). However, if her attested illegitmate husband formerly had sex with a female virgin, then generally, he would have been obligated to her. If he had no sex with any virgins or chaste widows, then he was not really formerly married. Now let's look at the picture from Judy's side. If she had lost her virginity to a former man other than her attested illegitimate man, she could not have really belonged to her attested illegitimate man as a wife because female chastity is required to establish marriage. Hopefully, this little explanation will clarify the subject of Torah-approved marriage further in case her meaning of “covenant marriage” doesn't comply with the Torah..
