Hate and love are opposite emotions. Both, hate and love, in the right way are used to serve God's purpose. Let neither be abused!
Dt. “22:13 If any man take a wife, and go in unto her, and hate her, 14 And give occasions of speech against her, and bring up an evil name upon her, and say, I took this woman, and when I came to her, I found her not a maid: 15 Then shall the father of the damsel, and her mother, take and bring forth the tokens of the damsel’s virginity unto the elders of the city in the gate: 16 And the damsel’s father shall say unto the elders, I gave my daughter unto this man to wife, and he hateth her; 17 And, lo, he hath given occasions of speech against her, saying, I found not thy daughter a maid; and yet these are the tokens of my daughter’s virginity. According to verses Deuteronomy 22: 20, 21 a man is justified in hating -- without invoking God's wrath – the thought of a marrying a promiscuous woman (false virgin). Much more pleasantly with the opposite emotion of love, a man can appreciate the desire of a virtuous and chaste female that would want to be his wife.
Thus, the justified hate or love of a man is determined whether his act is in assimilation of God's law or covenant (New Testament).
Hate then, can be determined as a good emotion for the right purpose. Even as a man should hate the sin of fornication, and the image of the unfaithful woman, he does not sin by hating; rather he merits God's favor.
Christians do not hate people, but their sins.
One of the great sins today that Christians should hate is infidelism (choosing false religion) and treachery. Also, beware of lying sexual doctrine: Remember Christian teaching. Racial homogeneity is a virtue even as chastity. Let us remember we are blessed by God when they call us racist or some other slanderous name for our justified act of promoting autonomy and following the theological-demographical gist of good tradition learned from Berith and Torah (Covenant and Law: in effect, the institution of righteous ethnic cleansing), and hating sin against it, which we have learned from the Bible. Abstain from all appearance of evil. Amen.
Even as a false virgin can not be accepted because of her impurity, neither can Israel (Haaretz) accept impostors as heirs. Today, there is a great crisis in determining rightful ownership.

What should I love and what should I hate?

Should a government or institution avoid executing penalty against wrong doing for fear of being seen as not liking, not condoning, not loving, or maybe even hating a particular wicked act? No. Neither should people's healthy emotions be repressed by a Talmudicist morality that has pervaded our social system. Racism, to the extent of a person preferring one race above another, is perfectly all right and comparatively as emotionally innocent in concord of pursuit of happiness with one preferring vanilla ice cream above chocolate. Subjugative, intrusive lawlessnesses that afflict or hinder a white person from expressing free thought and action of his desires is grievous, tyrannous and terroristic. It is pressing that such iniquitous oppression be alleviated through re-trials in our court system. Such mis-laws or deliberately abortive-of-justice miscarriages and reverse-racial revenge must be annulled because they are not only unduly hateful, unconstitutional and race-abdicating, but furthermore, directly in opposition to Lincoln's only-one-white-race preference ideology. Equal opportunity for homogeneity must besought if justice and equality is taken into consideration.
