I Corinthians 7

²⁵ Now concerning virgins I have no commandment of the Lord: yet I give my judgment, as one that hath obtained mercy of the Lord to be faithful.¹

Paul's judgment concerning virgins is given. In verse 1, he suggested celibacy. So, a virgin male or female has a choice to remain single or to marry, as we will see in the following verses.
