I Corinthians 7 9 But if they cannot contain, let them marry: for it is better to marry than to burn.1 It is good for people to marry under legitimate circumstances, even though it may be better to remain single. However, it is not intended as a means to commit adultery or fornication, as we formerly discussed in v. 1.
