THOUGHTS FOR CHOOSING CHURCH LEADERS |
My personal opinion: Who should lead the churches? Men of God, with past records that are respectable to the public. A state school teacher may be a person of suspicious character in a sense because of his former tolerance of state school policies, even if they are corrupt and anti-Christian, without warning or exhorting the children who were influenced by those policies.
A state school teacher may be a good profession to protect and provide for one's self, and that is good for many, rather than becoming corrupted through a more oppressing position, which happens to many. Nevertheless, a bible school teacher must be able to lead and exhort, to differentiate between state and church, and since the state school teachers may have failed to this in their previous occupation, they should not be state retirees and appointed leaders of the church. A fervent desire to lead and exhort Christians should be a characteristic of a church leader or teacher.
