BE SAVED: PREVENT ETERNAL TORMENT |

I went to a tent revival in Mountain City this evening (Aug. 17, 2022). Someone asked for the preachers to stand for a moment and I and at least another man did. There was chorus and then Brother Morefield, a local minister, preached. Some of the audience gave praise to God while raising hands and some shouted with joy. The passionate evangelist mentioned the covenant of death (Isaiah 28:18) and how to escape it. He preached about the conviction of Christ and how he became saved from being lost and on his way to hell. He spoke on Calvary and how Jesus paid for all sin, and he knew he was saved when he gave it all to the Lord. He really brought out a lot of detail on his salvation experience and wisdom that God has given him. It was a message that many who are lost and erring from the way to God needed to hear. It gave faith and put away doubt as to the identity and power of the Lord Jesus Christ, especially as to being made sin for us even though he did not sin. It was a message that reproved the lack of faith of the “disingenuous learned” (although not directly specified) and atheists. Afterward, public confessions were made with the prayer and help of the staff. I wish I would have filmed it all in a way but it seems it would have been hard to do and still listen to the sermon at the same time. I have quite a bit of footage but only published a small part above. Believe on Jesus the Christ and you will be saved. You will not only escape a place of eternal torment, you will live forever with the Lord, in a place much better than the earth as it is now. We may not be able to live in a place down here that is without the loathsome effects of political leftism and pro-Zion-revisionism but if we believe in Jesus Christ and that he was raised from the dead, and confess it (Romans 10:9), someday we will live in a beautiful place with the Lord forever.
