Luke 21:11 “And great
earthquakes shall be in divers places, and famines, and
pestilences; and fearful sights and great signs shall there be
from heaven.”
Do you notice that the verse above
says great, not small, earthquakes.
“The USGS
estimates that, since 1900, there have been an average of 18 major
earthquakes (magnitude 7.0-7.9) and one great earthquake
(magnitude 8.0 or greater) per year, and that this average has
been relatively stable.[16]"

Consider the size and frequency of
Haiti and Chile (2010). There have been other large earthquakes
this year in other places.
