Surfing on the Internet you can find many
interesting things. This is a video of a negative addiction
situation and a man struggling with life. One important point is
that overcoming addiction requires psychological (spiritual) and
physical discipline. Without the spiritual strength, I believe it
is impossible to achieve satisfying freedom from such addiction
even if the physical restoration is almost accomplished.

Back
again Joel, Hey, I came across an awesome video: Genita
Petralli -Mason on Addiction Recovery: Safe Drug Tapers &
Alcohol Detox Guidelines Let Genita help you get back to
"ground zero". Just listen to her explanation. I know my
view may differ from hers, but she still has some things that make
sense and give encouragement. I personally recommend
exercise and God-revering meditation
(
_see verses 97 and 99 also), but not yoga. I also do not recommend
tapering from one drug to another when the "cold turkey"
method is safe (even though it may be miserable). I advocate
doctor advice and support concerning your decision. (I would put
that statement in bold if YouTube would let me.) If you think you
have to have some relief, the suboxone recoveries seem (to me!) to
be the most successful: Finally
Off of Suboxone! However, I don't think it has to be such a
long, drawn out process. I mean let's face it, when people go to
jail, they don't always get something good for their
withdrawal! If I listened correctly, Genita's video does
diluted, coffee and green tea for liquid and sweeten it with
organic honey. Also I generally eat (organic if I can get it)
fruit (good sugar) and vegetables for nutrition.
I
believe putting faith in God is most important of all--He is the
great physician. He can heal the mind, body and soul. If
you fully trust God, it cost zero dollars to be free! If you
get well, let me hear from you. I will not be coming back
anymore.
