If he had, then since monogamy is directed in the New Testament, Mimi would have not been eligible for a wife. However, on the other hand, if JFK had never taken the virginity of any women nor defiled any chaste widows (and assuming his relationship with Jackie was not really legitimate), then annulment would have been a resolve with Jackie and marriage would have been an option with Mimi depending upon the decision of Mimi's father, actually it could be demanded even though consenual. Mimi, from a biblical perspective, would have been as a virgin wife of John F. Kennedy except for the absence of an official contract. A ceremony would have been extra but not absolutely necessary.
