I realize that I'm a 3rd class citizen. Formerly, due to Affirmative Action, I was only a 2nd class citizen. I have last choice of jobs. However, now after reaching the age of 63, I am not only discriminated against because of my white skin, but now because of my age also. Old age does deserve acknowledgment to some extent, but the skin color discrimination should cease.
