There are occasions where a person could not avoid divorce and remarried in the will of God.” He has no right to claim what kind of victims are allowed to remarry because if a person divorces from a legitimate marriage, I Corinthians 7: 10 and 11 tell us that remarriage is not an option regardless of victimhood. Who is David Wilkerson to show favor to victims! Victims or not, all people must follow God's rules if they claim they are Christians and want sensible people to believe them. Avoid such heretics. Virginity Prerequisite: Ex. 22:16, Dt. 22:13-21, 28, 29 Note: Their is no blessed union nor joining of God during a fornication-marriage. It is sin and separation is required; it would not be a divorce of a pure and legitimate wife. However, this separation would leave the female unable to marry any other man even as she should not have attempted to marry the present man in a defiled condition. Nevertheless, there is difference between the defilement and consequences of a male fornicator and adulterer than his female counterpart. The male fornicator may have an opportunity to marry if he has no obligations to any living virgins. However, it really would be a matter to mess up the mind of the prospective female virgin, and she would be putting herself in a position to be compared with a past sexual love of the male. On the other hand, the male adulterer, a man who married a pure woman previously, would not be allowed to divorce and remarry. That would be adultery. We must allow the law (Torah, I Timothy 1:8-11) and the Scriptures to be our guide, and not be deceived by erring ministers, regardless of denomination. There is only one church, the body of Christ, and the Scriptures are its authority. |
