American prisons don't correct people, they degrade them. At 23 minutes and 17 seconds, Kent Hovind openly promotes remarriage and adultery. If he was previously a pure man with a Genesis type marriage (), he sure isn't now: "... if you want to get remarried, I say go for it." The Apostle Paul said, “Art thou bound unto a wife? seek not to be loosed. Art thou loosed from a wife? seek not a wife.” (1 Corinthians 7:27 KJV) The NT clearly distinguishes monogamy or celibacy from the former trend of polygamy in the O.T. The Scriptures I Cor. 7:26, 27 constitute a change in the family life, comparatively speaking, because in the O.T. the men took as many wives as they desired; but according to verses 26 and 27, to the contrary, the limit for a male virgin is one at most--"Are you loosed from a wife? Seek not a wife ...," whereas in the O.T. the men were not required to cease marrying due to being loosed from a wife. Although Mary Tocco was supposedly divorced from her husband, did not Kent defile her in their rebellion and transgression, and cause her not to be able to go back to Mr. Tocco? (Dt. 24:4) Eve and Adam married when Eve gave Adam her virginity. They experienced a new dimension of their physical usefulness through having sex. Adam's intellect was opened due to the experiment: “And Adam knew Eve his wife ...” (Gn. 4:1). The word “knew” is “egno” in Greek and “yahdah” in Hebrew; the words in their context reveal Adam and Eve had a mental and physical learning experience of each other through sex. When the couple united physically, they became one flesh (Gn. 2:24). Jesus the Christ himself referred to the sexual and spiritual unity as an institution of marriage. The bible requires female virginity or a one-male cognizance factor for a clean union (marriage). Virginity law is explained in Exodus 22, Dt. 22:13-21, 28, 29. A biblical marriage is finalized and determined by the male parent of a female virgin, not the boyfriend, and not the ceremonial director! At about 7 minutes and 30 seconds, he begins talking about Dt. 24. Deuteronomy means "second law". Relatively, there was a first law. The law can be found in the Humish, first five books of the bible, the first and second law: Understanding the Bible today requires knowledge of how Jesus the Christ fulfilled—changed, repealed and reproved the second law of Moses, which redacted the first law. It requires experiencing revelation of new things and “fulfillment” even beyond the first law of Moses. The heart of the people of God had become hardened, and Moses gave a redaction of the first law (including the Ten Commandments), which is known as the book of Deuteronomy. Then, a man could actually divorce a woman due to something he perceived as naked or unclean in his view of female morality. An unclean or divorced woman who was given (written) by her ex-husband a book of divorcement (a contract: biblion apastasiou—Greek, sayfer keritut--Hebrew) was allowed to marry again. However, later, the Lord Jesus Christ reproved the redaction and referred to the one-man purity of Eve (and even the one-woman cognizance--sexual purity of Adam). Thus, since Moses referred to the prophet to come (the Lord Jesus Christ--Dt. 18:15) and his authority, female defilement in marriage or remarriage was not tolerated in the New Testament. At about 19 minutes and 50 seconds, it is clear that Mr. Hovind doesn't understand the Bible. God would never direct a man to disobey the direction of the Apostle Paul as we discussed earlier (I Cor. 7: 27). Mr. Hovind and Kenneth Copeland have a serious problem: .
