Basic Community Laws—Taken From Former Puritan Laws And
Other Old American Laws—How To Modify Or Reprove Them
Today
(Community Complimenting Japhethic and Christian Homogeneity And Parental Love)
We can look back at the Puritans and see how they lived by analyzing their legal system. They were very thoughtful of God in some ways but lacked grace in some areas and were not biblically on target in other aspects, but it seems they had a desire to keep their people and community from sin and suffering by initiating what they thought was a more efficient way of serving God and mankind religiously and legally.
We can compare and even redact some of their thoughts, giving Scriptural significance. We don't live today under the same homogeneous, political, geographical and legal circumstances as they did. They had to develop their legal system, whereas we need to reinstate much of ours in order to achieve a better religious-legal status. Regardless of whether the Puritan and separatist of other denominations or the modern separatist, legal law must be based on biblical law and its fulfillment (Mt. 5:18) in order to be used as a source of community non-hindered, direction, truth, God's law (Psalm 1) and further, progression of spiritual grace (Eph. 2:8, 9).
As to respect of homogeneity and one Japhethic people, it seems they did very well. Building up the community is essential for growth and all members whether English Japhethic or from another genetic background would be expected to honor the homogeneity and divine institution pertaining to the Puritans even as Ruth, Semitic, but not Israeli, wife of Boaz, who lifted up the Hebrew people as Rachel and Leah (Ruth 4:11) and honored their law. Even the Northern people of early America respected their own culture and phenotype, and had slaves before the Civil War. There was hardly a greater dishonor than their women to destroy their chastity and disgrace their family and race. They also respected the hope of other peoples becoming saved and following their tradition. There was no designated “Jewish”, Islamic or contending anti-Christian religions among their militias. Reservations were eventually given to the Indians, so as to protect homogeneity, autonomy, cultural preservation, and development of all peoples. Actually, today, Christian Whites need their own reservations so as to not be deprived of such necessities as we are, especially as to preserving a high percentage of our genealogical and genetic make-up.
However, they did have a problem fully overcoming Roman Catholicism, which may have unduly influenced and promoted their “Blue Laws”. For instance, they were legalistic about going to church on Sunday, rather than permitting some to observe or not observe any day or every day as they wished and at the direction of their own conscience. Days of the week to attend church or worship together: Much different than the Puritans, learned Christians look at any or all of the days of the weeks as being acceptable for worship (Ro. 14:5, 6; Co. 2:16, 17). Jesus is the rest (He. 4:3, 4) people need to enter. The Sabbath is the seventh day of the week and has never changed. According to the calendar, Sunday is the first day of the week.
Their legal system had fines and penalties for not keeping their statutes and it may be because they thought of the community as one people under what they thought God expected of them, much different and not as oppressive and fearful, homogeneity-restricting, as the multi-racial and multi-cultural government of liberalism on steroids we have today. Martin Luther, separating from his former irreligious beliefs, made many religious advances earlier than the Puritans although he failed to promote conscious baptism as far as I know.
It seems the Puritans and other separatists may have thought if a person did not agree with their religious and legal system, which they thought they were designing in respect of God for the good of individual and community or state, then he should find another ship, island or community having all his property confiscated or penalty improvised if he decided to leave their community experiment. Perhaps except for essentials (Gn. 21:14-21), some provision for food and clothing for a few days would be enough for a dissenter to work out his own development. You can't have a religious community if people don't want to be religious and base the best judgment and laws upon it for religious and legal guidance to serve the religious individual and community. We today, do not have the initial, experimental task of developing righteous guidelines and a religious government process as they did; we are suffering how to undo its mistakes and generally eliminate the allowance of cancerous, anti-homogeneous trends of anti-Christian and anti-White demagoguery or how to start another homogeneous government that honors and does not betray the ethnicity that founded it.
They required mandatory church attendance but today as we notice so many heretics, not worthy of an office of a local church official, lacking acceptable doctrine or not having a reputation beyond reproach, we may have to protect ourselves by studying at home and online until we can raise Godly ministers and develop something better. Church officials must earn the respect of character. Attendance to fellowship and reading is good for a religious family, and a faithful, Christian parent would want his son or daughter to be educated as a Christian. So, it seems the early separatists thought if a person does not desire to attend church, he should be penalized. Today, if we could have our community as the Puritans, we could have a similar interest in the educational welfare of our families and people just as well and at least demand and expect someone has studied (2 Ti. 2:15) the Bible if he doesn't go to a Christian fellowship, proving it by at least hand-writing a chapter from the Bible or making a homily with it and giving evidence of positive, religious effort, or giving some proof of following an expected good, educational demand instead of a mere staying away from Christian fellowship. Passivity and obscurity is backsliding. Regardless, only in a more gracious way than the Puritans, a community service requirement or fine could similarly be expected if no proof of biblical study or fellowship was done for the week. (Of course, we know these directions would only be for those who need direction, not those who are mature in Christ, but many communities fail in parenthood and other things so government almost has to suffice for guidance for the unlearned.) Perhaps that would help a new community fellowship keep and enforce itself by religious desire and legal enforcement so as to prevent breaking up of the community. The Amish are one of long-standing community enforcers of today; however, they have many religious faults also, especially as to not understanding the sin of passing off an unchaste, violated girl to a man, and not deterring rape among their constituents. Nevertheless, grace is expected and mere legalism is not, but in order for a community to be a biblical community, each individual, especially over the age of 18, would be expected to take his part in becoming more approved of God and demonstrating service to his community.
The Puritans were familiar with Christian persecution for spreading the truth and Roman Catholic passivity toward helping those being burnt at the stake in England. They suffered many other things there and in other lands even as Christians are politically restricted and persecuted in America and other places throughout the world today. If we were ever to have a place we thought of as our own again, similarly as in the early1950's, the politics of the community or state would have to based on biblical truth and Japhethic separatism. Such politics would have to point to biblical truth, reflect upon past advancements of Christians and the White people or persecutions of Christians and the White race. We are Separatists as those on the Mayflower, not to be willful victims of racial nihilation as those of NATO, UN and anti-White status have demagogued, imagined and made unjust laws and documents so as to imprison us through their evil doctrine of polluting homogeneity (see Ezra 2:62, 63) and undue influence upon the media and the USA.
On the more bright side, the Puritans had laws about conduct and dress. As to one of their many points in this matter, I think kissing should be done at home among married couples, not in public. As to men kissing men on the side of the cheek, this seems to soften our relatively, hardened social stance. Swimming in public with clothes on would be much more appropriate than exposing one's flesh. Punishment for sins related to Galatians 5—life at hard labor if necessary, whereas some may have received the death penalty previously. Remember, the idea is to deter the individual and protect the community. As to military, I personally think it is much better to defend a homogeneous community or state than to passively pass off an illegitimate woman to a man and make him a cuck as the Amish do. Fornication is a sin of defilement even as adultery, which received a death penalty in the Old Testament. Nevertheless, I believe there are higher of levels of understanding concerning the taking of life and matters of violence and its prevention, and I am fine with those who choose not to be violent at all and think and act along the lines of conscientious objection rather than to participate as a soldier of war. Not to completely become exempt from some form of honorable service to a providing government as a soldier, there are non-direct and non-violent ways of helping also, especially as to academic and technological advancement.
There were laws against laziness. Today, avoiding hard labor, a very liberal form of job preference and welfare entrepreneurship has developed. Americans pay taxes to help “Hassidic” anti-Christians, who deny and blaspheme our Lord. They study and choose their work or whether not to, and use benefits from American taxpayers to go to school and feed their families. Many lawyers claim to be “Jewish”. However, they are not the same genealogical people as the Hebrews (Nu. 36:5-13), who had genealogical register but became extinct. Obviously, “Jewishism” is a cult generally of Herzl Matrilinealists even as the Mormons or other heretical peoples are considered a cult among Christians. However, many unlearned Christians have become deceived by their arch-enemy. Many of the good American laws that protected the Whites and Christianity were opposed by the “Jewish” and other anti-Christians during the 50's and 60's protests. Nevertheless, Nehemiah, a true Hebrew, demonstrated defense of his people during his time and the pollution of the priesthood. He smote and cursed his enemies. The “Jewish” of today, not like Nehemiah, who was faithful to genealogical homogeneity, have accused Whites protecting their race by calling them derogatorily “racists”. True Hebrews defended their genealogical race, the “Jewish” are of many races and peoples and lack the physical, Torah-patrilineal-required genealogy to do so. They assume to defend themselves by a buzzword such as “anti-Semitism”. They have no acceptable register to claim themselves as Jews. Furthermore, modern Israel has been hi-jacked. Many anti-Christians have prospered and overthrown the good religion-governments that protected the White people by living on benefits taken from their once race-protective governments. Upside-downism and un-naturalism/liberalism has become the norm.
The Amish are much different. They work hard at farming and construction jobs, and do not collect welfare benefits; members of the community help their weak if they can't provide for themselves. Both irreligious groups are as enclaves in American society and many people would not or do not want to join either group because of their unusual rules, traditions and restrictions. The Amish honor their horse-and-buggy rules more so than necessary teachings and wisdom of the bible. However, and regardless, many white, Christian separatists that do not have their own communities are unnaturally and legally forbidden to live among themselves and have their own communities, being left to the peril, denial of autonomy and pursuit of happiness by invasive, anti-Christian integration.
Let us strive for homogeneity and separatist religious community government once again. We have been overcome in the foundational areas of law. We must train our youth to be men worthy of an official of a local church and have the legal education and credentials of lawyers. Logically, at least as someone who has respect of good tradition, we White Christians are more worthy of having our own communities with education and economic support in a nation founded by our White and Christian ancestors than self-haters who accept genealogical miscegenation among themselves and cultural integration among others, and those partially-Japhethic in Kiryas Joel who speak the German-related language of Yiddish, and oppose and have opposed Puritan and our more-advanced-than Puritan homogeneous and separatist beliefs. Respect of building a nation of one people and homogeneity has always been a moral and religious requirement since the scattering at the Tower of Babel. Anti-White moral and irreligion of integration has been an obstruction, notably in reference to miscegenation in Hebrews in Ezra 10. Peoples that can't build their own homogeneous nation and live in it do not have any moral authority, certainly not biblical, as to promote protagonism otherwise and gainsay in one that has. We have lost our land and homogeneous religion, and we can't take a ship to start another one. Nevertheless, separatism is an idea, it is a goal, it is inherit in peace. I believe some of different races and peoples believe so also. We have had two witnesses as to genealogical inheritance (Nu. 36:5-13) previously, the Lord and Moses.
