Little Richard Penniman
Most older people remember the shocking, talented black, musician that drew large white audiences back in the fifties. He was a tremendous performer but stained with homosexuality and other sins. Nevertheless, I assume according to his testimony that God delivered him from the effeminate way of living as those who are mentioned in 1 Cor. 6: 9-11 and escaped the judgment of those in Romans 1: 28 who were given over to a reprobate mind, not being able to do good.
Nevertheless, he seems legalistic and heretical concerning abstaining from pork and certain foods: “For every creature of God is good, and nothing to be refused, if it be received with thanksgiving: for it is sanctified by the word of God and prayer.” (1 Ti. 4: 4-5) Christians have to beware of certain teachers and churches that don't fully understand the word of God, in Richard's case the Seventh Day Adventist error.
